About Me
Welcome! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), researcher, professor, with nearly two decades of experience supporting individuals and families navigating pregnancy loss, fertility challenges, postpartum adjustment, and major family life transitions with compassion and evidence-based care. My research and clinical focus aim to normalize men’s experiences of vulnerability, helping the often-overlooked voices of fathers build emotional resilience and connection within their families.
As a bilingual clinician fluent in Spanish, I am passionate about making therapy accessible and culturally responsive to diverse families. I integrate trauma-informed care, narrative therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches to foster healing and connection. My goal is simple yet profound: to help families find meaning and strength.
